The Goal of Hospitality Leadership Connection......
For students to explore the myriad facets of the Hospitality Industry. Students will connect their education, talents, desires with career pathways in Hospitality and make connections with industry leaders and mentors to help clarify their goals and discover new opportunities in Hospitality.
The Program...
Over a period of 5 weeks, 10 students and 5 mentors will visit major Hospitality industry locations in the Southern California Area. The program will kick off February 7th and 8th at Disneyland's Grand Californian Hotel for a luncheon, visit and overnight stay!
Through workshops, students will discover personality types and leadership styles, identifying ways to capitalize on their strengths and talents as they pursue successful careers in Hospitality.
On Monday February, 14th, participants will cook and serve lunch to Career Institute staff at 11:30 at Red Hill Park in Rancho Cucamonga. Happy Valentines Day!

Students will explore and visit:
- The Sycamore Inn!Thursday, February 24th at 4:30 pm students will tour and learn the history of the Sycamore Inn in Rancho Cucamonga afterward. Dinner will be served!
- Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Monday, February 28th at 3:00 pm students will tour the Food Services department of the hospital and learn how 900 meals are prepared daily with all the dietary restrictions for the patients. Dinner will be served!
